Drawing from proven data valuation methodologies, we'll introduce a practical three-component framework that translates design improvements into measurable business outcomes. We will reference real-world case studies and demonstrate how design decisions directly influence Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), walking through an example showing how a typical e-commerce checkout redesign can generate exponential ROI.
