In this two-hour session, we will crack open some of the legal mysteries of film production. How do you clear content for use in your film?  Do you need an LLC?  How do you structure financial relationships?  The presentation will be in human-readable English (i.e., not too much legal jargon) and provide you with a basic legal foundation before you embark on your next film project. The first 90 minutes of the workshop will be dedicated to answering key production questions, and the remainder of the workshop will be open to a discussion and a Q&A.
