SUMMARY:language
LOCATION:Low Down Lounge
DESCRIPTION:“Loud\, fast\, and eclectic” is the mantra of language\, an Austin\, Texas\, trio whose brand of polyrhythmic punk takes influence ranging from jungle breakbeats to the melodic guitars of late-stage Sonic Youth. Formed in 2023 by lead singer and guitarist Eric Quitugua\, the group’s lineup is rounded out by bassist Melody Dalton and drummer Nicky Christmas. Hard at work in the studio\, the band is set to release its first single in early March with its debut album on the way.
