- **Dr. Carmen Simon** — Cognitive Neuroscientist & Author

One skill never goes out of demand: clear, memorable communication. No matter who you’re designing for, your words and visuals need to stick. But most of what we’re taught about content design is well-intended fiction From “just keep it simple” to “use more pictures,” we follow rules that feel right, but often backfire. There’s no shortage of advice on how to design content that sticks in memory, but how much of it is backed by brain science? This session explores how myths related to repetition, emotion, complexity, imagery and more influence all aspects of user design and experience.
