2026 is the year AI goes fully agentic. UX needs to catch up—or risk sinking with the Figma Titanic. This hands-on workshop is your lifeboat, where we will sketch our way to survival through the stormy waters of agentic AI. Using pencils, sticky notes, and an LLM (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), we'll prototype autonomous agents using RAG, digital twins, and value matrices. Forget perfect pixels. This is low-fidelity, high-velocity UX for AI. The ship is sinking. Let’s design our way out.
