Constant productivity is killing creativity. It’s time to rethink the hustle and to step back, put down the phone, and skip the weekend doomscroll in order to supercharge your creative output. From neuroscience-backed hacks to ways to create joy in a remote world, like getting your team to do a few jumping jacks to kick off meetings or sending surprise team care packages, you’ll learn ways to rest, recharge, and fuel your best ideas. Because you won’t be replaced by AI, but you might be replaced by someone who knows when not to use it.
