haha Laughing is an Austin-based experimental noise rap project consisting of long-time local musicians Jay Dilick and Aby Oviedo. The duo blends elements of hardcore rap, free-jazz, distorted electronic music and punk energy into 3 minute explosions of catchy catharsis. The chaos they curate is driven home through their live shows where Dilick and Oviedo's back and forth vocals, noise breakdowns, sample flips, and sense of playfulness create a must see live performance that is energetically engaging and delightfully disorienting. haha Laughing has released multiple EP's and singles since 2021, and released their first album "LOSING TEETH DREAM" in May of 2025. Their follow up EP "BIG WHATEVER" is set to be released Spring 2026. haha Live. haha Laugh. haha Love.
