We will have wasted $96 billion on wellness programs, and stress is still killing productivity. Why? Because most initiatives miss the one thing that matters: how stress hijacks the brain. You don’t need another meditation app. You need to understand what happens in the brain under pressure and what great leaders can do about it. This session introduces Integrated Well-Being Leadership, a science-based approach that helps leaders reduce friction, build clarity, and create workplaces where people can actually think, connect, and perform.
