Flesh Juicer is Taiwan’s most iconic heavy metal band, formed in 2006 in Taichung. Blending Deathcore and Hardcore with electronic textures and traditional pentatonic scales, they’ve forged a distinctive Taiwanese metal sound rooted in local culture. Their music draws inspiration from folk religion, temple processions, and social realities, transforming raw energy into a visceral expression of contemporary Taiwan.Flesh Juicer’s work has consistently earned critical acclaim both in Taiwan and internationally. Their debut album ‘GIGO’ (2015) won the Golden Indie Music Award for Best Rock Album, while ‘Deep Sea Fairy Tale’ (2018) earned nominations at the AIM Independent Music Awards（US）. In 2021, ‘GOLDEN Taizi BRO’ swept three GIMA trophies, Best Live Performance, Best Band, and Best Album, solidifying their status as Taiwan’s metal powerhouse.
