Panelists will discuss emerging tech-driven mental health solutions and the importance of involving end users – in this case, college students – in their development. Centered on the student-led creation of a first-of-its-kind AI tool to support mental health, this discussion with the project’s researchers and students will emphasize the need to let research guide how we integrate AI into healthcare to harness its benefits without creating new harms, all while empowering students to become ethical stewards of AI.
