Danxgerous – the solo project of Daniela “Dan” Mariti – is born from the meeting of Italian and Czech roots and a musical heritage steeped in singing and instruments. A singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Danxgerous crafts a sonic universe suspended between indie-rock, dreamy pop, and contemporary indie-folk, where light and melancholy intertwine to create deep and captivating emotional landscapes.After studying music theory and harmony at Saint Louis in Rome and performing with the band In June, Danxgerous debuted as a solo artist in 2023 with the independent label We Were Never Being Boring (WWNBB), releasing the singles Keys, Sides, Cold Yet Dazzling, and Venom. In 2024, she brought the project to international stages, with a standout moment at SXSW 2024 in Austin, Texas, performing four shows including the prestigious International Day Stage, marking a pivotal step in her career and expanding her international audience.2025 is dedicated to writing, recording, and producing her debut album “Old Soul” — a journey into the universe of an old soul navigating the modern world, exploring mystical dreams, introspection, and the beauty of nature.
